The cylinder volume is the swept volume (displacement) plus the combustion chamber volume.
You can enter the cylinder volume for one cylinder to get the combustion chamber volume for one cylinder, or you can enter the cylinder volume for the entire engine to calculate the combustion chamber volume for the entire engine.
