The turbocharger size page provides an approximate turbocharger sizing recommendation.
The following inputs are used to determine recommended sizing:
Intercooling medium temperature
If you are using two turbochargers, enter half of the engine's displacement, which will be the actual displacement per turbocharger.
The sizing recommendation that is provided is approximate. Because many variables affect the best turbocharger size, and because different individuals prefer different operating characteristics (low-speed vs. high-speed performance, for example), the indicated turbocharger should be considered a starting point rather than a final determination.
