Vehicle weight is used to determine power requirements.
Drag coefficient is used to determine aerodynamic drag.
Frontal area is used to determine aerodynamic drag.
Tire pressure is used to determine rolling resistance and therefore power requirements.
Front tire diameter is used to determine speed.
Rear tire diameter is used to determine speed.
Altitude is used to determine available power.
Road grade is used to determine power requirements.
Head wind speed is used to determine aerodynamic drag.
Speed is the desired road speed for the calculation.
